BATIQA Hotel Lampung

I took a suite room, Love it! The room as expected, same as in the photo. The building looks small but the room we chose was comfortable. Check in & out fast and nice. Housekeeping flexible, can wait and done after we leave the room, always clean. Limited parking but no problem because provided valet parking. Breakfast has lot of choice but the taste and presentation can still be improved.

I couldn't find service information booklet. I asked reception and they said 'qr code'. But I couldn't find the qr code in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, although the food choices were limited. I also like the overall design of the hotel, it's so cozy and homy.

The bed linen was dusty and looked old and worn. It felt a bit gross to lay your body on it. There was a weird smell coming from the wooden floor in my room. It took forever for the shower to get warm, and for the AC to cool down the room. The restaurant near the lobby was so small... It could get really packed during bfast time. Not a big deal in non-pandemic situation but definitely a major turn off if you want to keep some physical distance from other people.

The location of hotel is good in city center, near our favorite seafood restaurant. Room is pretty big and comfortable despite our first impression when we enter the building that is narrow. Our room also had a quite a view.

We couldn't sleep until 1 am caused by the noise from other guest upstairs. The parking lot is limited but it wouldn't be an issue because valet parking is provided for free. Breakfast area can be very crowded during peak hours.

have stayed here many times, never disappoints, great location handy to everything, staff always friendly, really clean, breakfast is good also....... the 24 hour restauraunt is another bonus

Spece of break fast room shoul be more wide.

The room is spacious, the bed is comfy, the pillows are soft.

The buffet system in the restaurant is not compliant to Covid 19 protocols. I think it would be better if they use a la carte system for breakfast to accomodate social distancing. No amenities in the bathroom.

location was good, there are eating places and cafes nearby within walking distance.

The staff at the counter was not giving warm feeling impression and very transactional.The room was not sound proof and is very noisy, not good if you are looking a place to rest and relax.Location was good and close to eating places and cafes. Parking place is limited
